3. PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

3.1. Nature of the Offer
This promotion consists of a vacation package at a promotional price sponsored by tourism developers, in exchange for attendance at a presentation of vacation properties and business models.

3.2. Participation Requirements
Participation in this promotion is subject to strict compliance with the following requirements, which the user declares to know and accept:

Be married or in a cohabitating for a minimum of 5 years.
Official identifications must match address.
At least one participant must be between 40 and 75 years of age.
Have a minimum combined annual income of $125,000 USD.
Be a resident of the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec and Montreal).
Speak and understand English fluently.
Not be employed in the travel industry (travel agencies, tour operators, vacation property, airlines, etc.).
Attend the 90 to 120-minute property presentation together with their companion.
Present government issued ID's and two valid credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, or AMEX) at the time of check-in for the presentation.
Debit /check cards with VISA/MC logos are not accepted.

IMPORTANT: Failure to comply with any of these requirements will result in the application of the standard resort rate for the entire stay, which ranges between $1,250.00 and $1,850.00 USD depending on the season, without exception.

3.3. Price and Payment Method

The price of the promotional package is $369.00 USD per couple, taxes included.
Payment will be made via credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club, JCB), or digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link) through the secure payment gateway enabled on this website.

3.4. Promotion Inclusions
For the package:

5 nights / 6 days at a 4-star beach resort with all-inclusive.
Land transportation: Airport ↔️ Resort ↔️ Airport.
VIP check-in, WiFi, and all-inclusive plan (food and beverages).
Taxes included.
Not included: gratuities.
Accommodation is for two people only.

3.5. Participant Obligations

Attend the property presentation on the date and time assigned upon arrival at the resort.
Attend the presentation accompanied by their partner.
Not attend any other vacation property presentations or similar activities during their stay.
Provide flight information to complete the reservation process.
Confirm that the reservation is 100% affordable and does not represent a financial burden.
No pets of any kind are allowed at the resort.
This promotion is not valid for groups of 2 or more couples of family/friends traveling during the same dates to the same resort.
Car rentals at the airport are not permitted; you have transportation from the airport to the hotel, and once there, our concierge team will assist you. We work with all car rental companies.

3.6. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the promotional nature of the vacation package, it is sold on a non-refundable basis.
Confirmed reservation can not be cancelled with 30 days and rescheduled, within 30 day, there will be penalty of $250.00 USD a night for 4 nights.

3.7. Promotion Validity

The promotion is valid for 9 months from the date of purchase.
The trip must be taken within that period.

4.1. Website Content
