  • Full name of the owner.

  • Copy of official identification (ID card, passport, or professional license).

  • Clear and precise description of the request (which right you wish to exercise and regarding which data).

  • Address or email address to receive the response.

  • We will respond within a maximum period of 20 business days from receipt of the request. If applicable, we will make your request effective within the next 15 business days. Responses will be sent to the email address you have provided.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not share, sell, or rent your personal data to third parties unrelated to the operation of our promotions. However, we may transfer your information to:

  • Hotels, resorts, and tourism providers participating in the promotion you requested, solely for the purpose of delivering the contracted services.
  • Technology service providers (such as bulk email platforms or cloud servers) acting as data processors and subject to confidentiality agreements.
